What is Counselling?

Counselling allows us to explore difficult thoughts and feelings in a confidential, non-judgemental space, and to gain a greater understanding of ourselves and the way that we connect to others and the world around us.

The role of the counsellor it is to prompt deeper awareness of the issues that are affecting them, working with the client collaboratively to build an environment in which they feel comfortable to be authentically themselves.

Counselling is a fantastic tool for gaining clarity, processing pain and trauma, and discovering more about ourselves and what it means to be human. It can give us the confidence and resolve to make important life decisions and put us on the path to inner contentment.
